About the Role
n
nReporting to the Service Manager, you will lead the clinical and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong clinical governance and compliance standards.n
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
n
n
Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams
n
Drive clinical excellence, quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards
n
Oversee care planning, medication management,



clinical documentation and risk management
n
Monitor Direct Care Minutes, clinical performance and workforce requirements
n
Support AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisation
n
Promote a positive, cooperative and accountable team culture
n
Work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomes
n
About You We are seeking a confident, hands-on clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care and developing high-performing teams.n
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Proven clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
n
Strong knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
Experience in clinical governance, accreditation, audits and quality improvement
n
Sound understanding of AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes and workforce planning
n
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
n
Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
n
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications, IPC Lead certification or budget management experience.n
