We are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy to join our team at Calvary!
The Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy position is based at Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital in Hobart and will be a permanent full time position.
Your main duties will include: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Endoscopy team.
Lead service strategy, operational planning and budget management.
Support, develop and performance-manage staff to promote a high-performing team workplace.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About you Previous experience in an Endoscopy environment is desirable.
Minimum five years' relevant clinical experience.
Previous clinical management or leadership experience is highly desirable.
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated progress towards postgraduate study.
