You'll remain actively involved in software development while helping shape engineering standards, technical decision-making, platform architecture and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and broader team, you'll contribute to the delivery of robust, customer‐focused solutions that support the company's continued growth and success.
