The portfolio of work they deliver is specific to commercial newbuild in the CBD with projects valued up to and beyond $100 million.
Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact and represent the client's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of high-end commercial projects in Sydney.
Collaborate closely with the design team, architects and consultants to ensure project objectives and client requirements are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and profitability targets.
Lead the procurement process, including tendering, contractor selection and contract negotiations, to secure optimal value and resources for the project.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
Conduct regular project meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide regular updates to clients on project status, budget and schedule.
Manage and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.




Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, with a focus on high-end commercial assets.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $100 million and above, specifically in the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry best practices in the construction industry.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and resource management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of design and construction processes, as well as experience working closely with architects and design teams.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Robust problem-solving and decision‐making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
