You will be the central link between customers, technicians and the workshop team, managing bookings, providing updates and keeping schedules on track.
The role requires strong customer service, scheduling experience, a qualified phone manner and excellent data-entry skills.
Full-time, Monday–Friday; automotive knowledge is a plus.
