We're looking for a robust, versatile Senior Lead Developer tobuild and enhance modern applications across the full technology stack. Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and practical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end-to-endapplications (backend, frontend, integrations).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson user stories, design, documentation, and testing.
Implement high-quality,



maintainable solutionsusing agreed engineering standards and design patterns.
Write and maintain unit tests; participatein and lead code reviews.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation.
Work with containerised and cloud-hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Python
for application and systems development - strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
Docker
, Git
Terraform
Build, packaging, and release processes
Practical exposure to AWS or similar cloudplatforms
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
Understanding of:
Cloud-hosted architectures
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI-assisted/agentic developertools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
