With a strong community focus and a fast-paced operation, we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be passionate about hospitality, commercial performance and creating a positive team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading all day-to-day venue operations
Coaching, mentoring and developing your team
Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Maintaining compliance with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements
Working closely with the Venue Manager,



kitchen and FOH team to continually improve venue performance
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous leadership experience within hospitality
Is a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the floor
Has experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
Can build engaged, high-performing teams
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example
Holds a current
RSA
&
RSG
(or can obtain one before commencing)
