About the Role
As a Cleaning Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and professional environments across Defence facilities.
Your duties will include:
Cleaning office spaces and work areas
Maintaining common areas and amenities
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Waste removal and replenishment of consumables
Ensuring facilities are presented to a high standard
Training and Security Clearance
Successful candidates will undertake approximately one month of training at our other Defence sites, including Gallipoli Barracks, while obtaining their Baseline Security Clearance.
Travel assistance may be available for employees required to travel to Gallipoli Barracks during this initial training period.
Upon successful completion of training and clearance requirements, employees will transition to their permanent Brisbane CBD location.
Working Hours : Day shift rosters with occasional opportunities to support after-hours cleaning requirements based on operational needs.

Can obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
Must be an Australian citizen to apply.

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
