Sales Executive – Events & Hospitality
Transform event enquiries into exceptional experiences.The Fresh Collective is looking for a confident and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our Queensland team.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced event or hospitality sales professional who is ready to take ownership of enquiries, build strong client relationships and achieve meaningful revenue results across weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations and offsite catering.You will represent an exciting portfolio of Brisbane venues, including:Waters Edge Weddings & Events at Portside WharfRiverlife at Kangaroo PointQueensland MuseumA range of partner venues across BrisbaneThe Fresh Collective's premium offsite catering servicesWith such a diverse portfolio, you will have the opportunity to sell everything from waterfront weddings and corporate functions to museum events, private celebrations and large-scale offsite experiences.Please note: This is a mid-level sales position, with a focus on sales rather than event coordination, operations or senior management.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Sales QLD, you will manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
You will balance responsive enquiry management with proactive business development, helping grow our corporate, wedding and private event markets.Your responsibilities will include:Managing inbound enquiries for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, venue hire and offsite cateringManaging sales opportunities across Waters Edge, Riverlife, Queensland Museum and other Brisbane venuesQualifying opportunities and guiding clients towards the right venue, package or catering solutionPreparing professional proposals, quotations and tailored event packagesConducting venue inspections and client consultationsFollowing up opportunities consistently and confidently to secure bookingsBuilding relationships with corporate clients, wedding couples,



event planners and industry partnersIdentifying and developing new business through networking, referrals and targeted sales activityWorking towards individual and team sales targetsMaintaining accurate client, enquiry and sales information within the CRMRepresenting The Fresh Collective at networking events, wedding expos and industry functions when requiredProviding a clear and accurate handover to the event delivery team once a booking is confirmedAbout YouYou are a capable sales qualified who enjoys the energy of the events and hospitality industry.
