Stantec is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join the Community Development team in Australia.
You will manage end-to-end proposal development, capability statements, and submissions, coordinating with project teams and external partners to deliver timely, compelling content.
You will also oversee prospect response planning, maintain knowledge assets, and support continuous improvement of proposal processes across the business centres.
