This hands-on, field-based role will see you travel across our centres, working alongside educators and leaders to build capability, strengthen safeguarding practices and drive continuous improvement.

**What you'll do*** Get hands-on in the rooms, coaching and mentoring educators to embed best-practice safeguarding.
* Visit centres across Victoria to observe practice, identify risks and provide practical, real-time feedback.
* Deliver engaging face-to-face training to build safeguarding knowledge, confidence and compliance.
* Support services through transition, ensuring child safety standards and processes are consistently applied.
* Partner with service leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong, independent focus on child safety.




**What you'll bring*** Genuine passion for child safety, wellbeing and quality practice.
* Strong early childhood experience, ideally with safeguarding, compliance, quality or training.
* Hands-on coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for supporting educators on the floor.
* Sound safeguarding knowledge and the ability to identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
* Flexibility to travel extensively across Victorian services.
