An exciting opportunity for an experienced
Oracle HCM Business Analyst
to join a Melbourne-based superannuation organisation supporting ongoing HR technology transformation and system optimisation initiatives.
This role will focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, working closely with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes and support the delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
Key Requirements:
Robust Business Analysis experience across
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
, including implementations, enhancements, integrations and system optimisation.
Functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Performance Management and Learning Management.
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping current and future-state processes and developing functional specifications.
Experience working across Oracle HCM system configurations, integrations,



data migration and interfaces with third-party HR and payroll platforms.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, leave entitlements and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting system testing, UAT, defect management, go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
Previous experience within
Superannuation or Financial Services
would be highly regarded.

Location: Melbourne CBD
Start Date: November
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend
