What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound enquiries for our perfectly packaged cruise holidays via phone and online channels
Understand each customer's travel needs and match them with the right holiday experience
Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve individual sales targets
Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Hand customers over to our dedicated Aftersales Consultants Team once their booking is confirmed




Work collaboratively with a supportive and high-performing sales team
We are a seven-day trading business, with rostered shifts across our operating hours
What we're looking for
Travel industry experience (essential)
A passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving results
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
