We're partnering with a high-profile ASX-listed Australian business that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume AP portfolio across suppliers and subcontractors
Process and code invoices and subcontractor claims
Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation
Manage AP queries and liaise with internal stakeholders
Assist with month-end, audit and wider finance tasks as required
About You
2–3 years' experience in a full-function Accounts Payable role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
