Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Operational team at Edge Hill Care Home in Cairns. This full time, site-based role reports to the Facility Manager and leads rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure residents and staff have stable coverage.
You will backfill shifts, manage requests, train staff on the timekeeping system, maintain confidential rostering data, and collaborate with the site leadership to ensure 24/7 coverage.
