You'll learn from experienced Cruise Experts, develop valuable sales and customer service skills, and help Australians book unforgettable cruise holidays.
You don't need previous travel industry experience.

What you'll be doing
Complete our structured training and onboarding program
Assist inbound enquiry for our perfectly packaged cruise holidays via phone and online channels
Learn how to understand customers' travel needs and build confidence to achieve targets
Provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey
Work collaboratively with experienced consultants and a supportive team
Learn cruise products, destinations and travel industry systems to become a CLIA-accredited cruise agent
We are a seven-day trading business, with rostered shifts across our operating hours
What we're looking for
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or contact centre experience advantageous but not essential
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service
Goal-oriented with a desire to develop additional skills
Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
