What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading the
daily operations of the Parts Department
Driving
parts sales across service, trade and retail customers
Managing
inventory control, stock ordering and warehousing
Building strong relationships with
technicians, service advisors, suppliers and customers
Coaching and developing
Parts Apprentices and Interpreters
Ensuring effective
parts availability to support workshop productivity
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in
Automotive Parts Management or Parts Interpretation within a dealership
Strong leadership skills with the ability to
mentor and develop team members
Excellent
inventory and stock control experience
Solid
mechanical understanding across multiple makes and models
A
customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
Current
Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
Mazda or OEM dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
