Purpose The Revenue Manager Shared Services is responsible for executing revenue management activities across the designated portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategies set by the Director of Revenue, Shared Services.
The position focuses on managing pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution to optimize revenue performance and market share.
The Revenue Manager Shared services provides accurate reporting and analysis, supports property teams in implementing revenue actions, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to achieve revenue targets.
Additionally, the role contributes to driving a strong revenue culture, mentoring property teams, and maintaining system integrity to enable data-driven decision-making.Please note that this is a temporary, 9-month fixed-term position covering a parental leave.
Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for Hotels within designated region across all market segments Work closely with property General Managers and Regional teams on all aspects of revenue maximisation Produce daily,
weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends utilising company reports Evaluate group business strategies to ensure the attainment of the most favourable market mix Resolve operational challenges through professionalism, innovation and leadership Focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to branded web Manage the relationship with online market managers to maximise the region's exposure through these distribution channels.
