We are offering a full-time position with 38 hours per week, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:Complete daily point-of-sale reconciliations and balance financial recordsMaintain accurate employee records, training files, and venue databasesManage stock control, assist with stocktakes, and identify cash or stock variancesEnsure all team member visa obligations, compliance, and audit standards are metReview venue-generated sales reports and share feedback with key managementSupport the venue team on the floor during peak trading hours Qualifications About You:Provide professional, friendly service over the phone, via email,



and in personUnderstand the importance of privacy and confidentiality with sensitive informationKeep the administration area well-organized and running efficientlyContribute your insights and ideas in team meetingsBring a hands-on, team-first approach and happily support the floor when trade gets busy Additional Information We are together creators We're big, but part of something much bigger.
