Your Role as Assistant Store ManagerAs our Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to launch our new Chatswood Chase location, create exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence.You'll play an important role in establishing a positive team culture, supporting daily operations and bringing the Koko Black experience to life from day one.You'll:Lead by example - deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team to do the sameCoach and develop - support the recruitment, onboarding and development of a passionate, high-performing teamCreate a positive culture - foster an engaging, inclusive and collaborative team environmentDrive commercial performance - support sales targets, budgets and key performance indicatorsMaintain premium standards - ensure exceptional visual merchandising,
