This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we grow and retain customer relationships. You'll combine customer insight, commercial thinking and data-led decision making to drive meaningful outcomes across a national customer portfolio.
The Prospect
As our Growth & Retention Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, executing and optimising customer growth and retention strategies across the MyState customer base. Working across Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Data and Customer teams, you'll develop initiatives that deepen customer relationships, grow balances, increase product penetration and strengthen customer loyalty.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and optimising strategies that grow customer value, balances and share of wallet.
Designing and executing cross-sell, lifecycle and next-best-product initiatives.
Leading customer retention, win-back and churn prevention programs.
Building personalised customer journeys across digital and owned channels.
Establishing test-and-learn frameworks to improve campaign and commercial performance.
Using data, customer insights and behavioural trends to identify growth opportunities and influence business decisions.
Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining customer strategy, commercial thinking and analytics to create measurable business impact.
What You'll Bring




We're looking for a commercially minded customer growth professional who can balance strategy with execution.
You'll bring:
Experience developing and leading customer growth, retention or lifecycle marketing programs.
Strong commercial and data acumen, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience using customer and behavioural data to drive engagement, retention and growth outcomes.
A track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through customer programs and campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a broad range of business functions.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who shares our commitment to creating customer wow, collaborating to win and always chasing the better.
