Broad Financial Accountant role Circa $110K + superYour new company Join an established and successful industrial business in Melbourne's western suburbs with a solid operational footprint and a practical, down-to-earth culture.With an experienced Finance Manager in place, the business is now looking to strengthen its finance function with a capable Financial Accountant who enjoys being close to the numbers and the broader operation.Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role across financial accounting, reporting and analysis while supporting the continued improvement of finance processes.Your responsibilities will include:Month-end reporting, journals and balance sheet reconciliationsIntercompany accounting and reconciliationsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reportingMaintaining the fixed asset registerAssisting with management reporting and financial analysisSupporting audit, statutory and compliance requirementsProviding accurate financial information to operational stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve and automate finance processesWhat you'll need to succeed You'll be an experienced Financial Accountant who enjoys working in a hands-on, commercially focused environment.Ideally,
