The Opportunity We're seeking a driven Advisor -Training Compliance to support our site training team based at our Cape Preston operation.
This permanent full-time role is on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth to our site.
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver and assess compliance and technical training programs within the Training Department.
In this role you'll be responsible for: Planning, scheduling, and performing on-site training, assessment, verification of competence (VOC), and mentoring to CPM employees and contractors in accordance with company, legislative, and AQTF standards.
Delivering organisational competency requirements, driving quality controls and accurate competence evidence recording in line with Training department procedures and the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF).
Managing and delivering processes for tracking, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness and accuracy of compliance training delivery.
Partnering closely with all Business Areas to ensure compliance training and development are prioritised appropriately, aligned with business goals, and supported by expert guidance to leadership.
Maintaining training documentation, support the financial management objectives of the Training department, and assist with external vendor relationships while exploring current opportunities.
Contributing to and managing improvement initiatives for compliance training, participate in assigned training projects, and perform other duties as assigned.
Successful applicant will have: TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with additional units of competencies, TAEASS Design and develop assessment tools and TAELLN Address adult language literacy and numeracy skills.)
