We're looking for an ambitious, commercially savvy Ecommerce Manager to take our digital growth agenda to the next level.
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Innovation, you'll own and accelerate ecommerce growth across major supermarket customers, unlock new channels, explore emerging routes to market, and play a key role in building the future of our business.
This is more than a traditional ecommerce role.

What you'll do
* Grow our ecommerce business with Australia's leading retailers and digital platforms
* Develop and execute key online events including Black Friday, Easter, Christmas and major promotional campaigns




* Build strategic digital joint business plans that unlock value and deepen customer partnerships
* Identify new ecommerce, marketplace and D2C opportunities that drive future growth
* Use customer, consumer and market insights to shape decisions and maximise performance
* Develop commercially sound pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate results
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience across FMCG sales, ecommerce, account management, retail buying, digital or marketing
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth
* Experience working with customer, market and consumer data to identify opportunities
* A collaborative style and the ability to influence without authority
* Curiosity, resilience and a passion for turning ideas into action
* A growth mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo
