Accounts Manager / Trust Account Administrator (Real Estate & Property)We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team in Summer Hill.
Available for the first time in four years, this established role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within an award-winning Inner West agency.Reporting to Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial records, supporting our sales, leasing and property management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging Sales Trust account transactionsLiaising with our outsourced Rental Trust accounting providerProvide support and respond to ad hoc queries from Property ManagersManaging daily financial transactions and bookkeepingContributing to the agency's overall financial management and improving operational efficiencySkills & ExperienceSound understanding of NSW trust accounting requirements and compliance obligationsStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentialityStrong communication skills, collaborative, team-focused approachExperience using Property Tree (MRI),
