As a trusted technical advisor, you will influence outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle by retaining, expanding, and acquiring business through expert guidance, compelling demos, and strategic consultation.
You will serve as the bridge between customer needs and platform capabilities, powering long-term value, adoption, and advocacy.




Role Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes.
Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling that clearly articulate value and build confidence across technical and executive audiences.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience.
Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management based on customer needs, technical gaps, and emerging market trends.
