Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join their close-knit team.This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of property transactions and commercial matters, providing variety and autonomy in a supportive office-based environment.The RoleWorking closely with 2 Partners, you will be responsible for managing files and assisting with a diverse range of matters including:Commercial, industrial and retail leasing transactionsCommercial property acquisitions and disposalsCaveats and easementsSelf-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) loan payouts associated with commercial property purchasesJoint venture agreementsResidential property transfers arising from deceased estates and willsGeneral property and commercial mattersAbout YouTo be successful in this position,



you will have:Previous experience in Queensland property law or commercial lawThe ability to work with a high degree of autonomyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and client service skillsA proactive and team-focused approachThis position is best suited to an experienced Paralegal or senior legal secretary looking for a long-term career opportunity.
