In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.What you'll be doingHandling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactionsProviding accurate product information and assisting customers with purchases, returns, and troubleshootingMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely mannerContributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and proceduresCollaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experienceWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the outdoor power equipment or arboriculture industriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
