About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Deliver advanced clinical nursing care across a specialised Day Procedure and Endoscopy Unit, supporting patients throughout their procedural journey.
Apply expert clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic environment.
Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to manage their health and recovery.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe,



culturally responsive and evidence-based care.
Contribute to clinical excellence through quality improvement, research and the implementation of best practice initiatives.
Take on a key leadership role by mentoring, supporting and developing nursing staff while fostering a positive learning culture.
