You will play a key role in maintaining production machinery, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise production downtime.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and associated components.
Perform maintenance and repairs on plastics and injection moulding machinery.
Identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions to improve reliability.
Conduct inspections, servicing and routine maintenance in line with maintenance schedules.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.
