Join iconic Australian menswear brand GAZMAN as a Digital & Graphic Designer and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging, innovative and commercially driven creative content.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will deliver compelling digital and graphic design solutions that elevate the GAZMAN brand across online, retail and marketing channels, while supporting impactful marketing campaigns and customer experiences.Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Design and deliver engaging creative assets across website, EDM, social media, paid advertising and digital marketing channelsLead the design and execution of website homepages, landing pages and campaign content to create seamless customer experiencesCreate compelling digital marketing assets including display advertising, retargeting campaigns, banners and promotional contentDevelop and edit video content for digital channels, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpointsSupport the development and execution of local area marketing campaigns, digital catalogues, lookbooks and promotional materialsCollaborate closely with the Creative Manager and wider Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign strategiesMaintain and uphold GAZMAN's visual identity,



ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputsApply customer-focused digital experiences and drive engagementResearch competitor activity and industry trends to generate creative inspiration and innovative ideasCoordinate multimedia content and support the delivery of creative assets across multiple marketing channelsYou will have:A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a similar creative role, preferably within the retail / fashion sectorStrong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Premiere ProExperience designing for digital marketing channels, including websites, EDMs, social media and online advertisingA sound understanding of responsive design, mobile first principles and ecommerce best practiseExperience working with eCommerce platforms, particularly ShopifyKnowledge of HTML, CSS and email marketing platforms such as EmarsysVideo editing and multimedia content creation experienceExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, creative and collaborative approach to workWe provide:Market-competitive salary package50% discount across GAZMAN, Perri Cutten & Cable for yourself and immediate familyFree onsite parking at our Malvern Support OfficeThe flexibility to work from home each FridayA commitment to invest in ongoing professional training and developmentThe opportunity to work with a talented and passionate creative and marketing teamA friendly, motivating and rewarding team environment where achievements are recognised
