Muntham House School is a non maintsined additional needs school for boys in the West Sussex countryside.
The School has an opportunity for a full time Key Worker to work with our residential pupils.
Our residential pupils board Monday to Thursday nights going home on Fridays.
The Key Worker provides after school activities, dinner, night time routine, morning routine and breakfast.
The Care team, who the role of Key Worker is part of, supports educational development by working on behaviour management and other developmental areas detailed on Educational Health Care Plans.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working with neurodiverse children and managing challenging behaviour.
They will need to become a trusted adult who the boys can approach and talk to as they are away from home and their loved ones.
The candidate must be fit with lots of energy as the boys play football, go swimming, cycling, bowling, climbing, inflatable parks etc.
