We design and create fashion-forward clothing and accessories that are designed to elevate and add something special to every woman's wardrobe.As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team across our Sydney boutiques.If you love fashion, styling clients and creating an exceptional in-store experience, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Australian fashion label where your contribution makes a difference.The RoleJoin Carolina Lifestyle in one of our Sydney boutiques, where you will share your passion for fashion and styling clients in the position of Senior Sales Assistant.We are looking for someone who is confident on the shop floor, loves connecting with customers and has a genuine passion for achieving sales results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Flexible shifts are available.
You must be available to work regular weekend shifts.The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:Using your fashion knowledge and styling expertise to create a personalised experience for every clientDelivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clientsWorking towards and contributing to store sales targets and KPIsSupporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutiqueTaking initiative on the shop floor and leading by exampleMaintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standardsProcessing sales and assisting with stock management and inventory countsReceiving,
replenishing and merchandising current deliveriesEnsuring the boutique is always presented to the highest standardBuilding client relationships and encouraging repeat businessWorking collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store objectivesYou arePassionate about fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experienceAn experienced retail sales professional with a proven background in fashion or a premium customer service environmentConfident engaging with customers and building genuine client relationshipsNaturally sales focused and motivated by achieving targetsA positive, energetic and personable team memberSelf-motivated and able to work independently when requiredSomeone who takes pride in presentation, attention to detail and maintaining a beautiful store environmentCommercially minded, proactive and willing to take ownershipA strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit teamOpen to learning and developing within a growing Australian fashion businessAvailable to work regular weekendsWhy join Carolina Lifestyle?
