Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionYour New Company/Role: As one of the established multinational organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team based in Macquarie Park NSW ****.
This is a temporary position 6-10 weeks assignment.immediate startpotential for extension.About the Prospect / ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Prepare payments in time according to the payment schedule.
Verification of invoices in SAP.
Update and maintain vendor databases in a timely manner.Ensuring all weekly/monthly report deadlines are met on a timely basis.
Preparation and monthly review of allocated balance sheet reconciliations, including ongoing reviews of standard costing entries and analysis.
Manage the budget and cost control systems and assist departments with budget management.Responsible for the preparation of the monthly/quarterly management pack and departmental cost center reporting.
Assist in the preparation of the annual finance budget and business plans.
