About the role
We are seeking Casual Labourers - Assemblers to join our team at our Eastern Creek NSW facility.
This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst contributing to our manufacturing operations.
As a Labourer - Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
Assemble hoses, fittings, and related components according to specifications and technical drawings
Operate hand tools and basic machinery to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects
Prepare materials and components for assembly, maintaining an organised and clean workstation
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols on site
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Report any equipment issues, safety concerns,



or quality problems to supervisors promptly
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
What we're looking for
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work and maintaining high standards
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully and accurately
Basic hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise assembly work
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and manufacturing processes
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety practices
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential - we are willing to train the right candidate
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
