An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Practice Manager to join a busy and high-performing dental clinic in Tuggeranong, ACT.

The Practice
Established 4-chair dental clinic
Busy, fast-paced environment with a strong patient base
High-performing team of Dentists
Offering a broad range of general and cosmetic dental procedures
Located within South.Point Tuggeranong Shopping Centre
Convenient ground-floor location near Australia Post
Easy access to underground parking via Reed Street
Clinic operates 7 days, however the Practice Manager position is Monday to Friday
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while supporting the team and maintaining a positive, productive workplace.
Key responsibilities may include:
Leading and supporting the dental team
Managing daily clinic operations and workflows
Staff coordination, performance and development
Supporting patient experience and service standards
Managing rostering and operational requirements




Maintaining strong clinical and administrative processes
Supporting practice performance and productivity
Ensuring compliance and practice standards are maintained
Working closely with the Dentists and wider management team
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous Practice Management experience
Ideally has experience within the dental industry
Is a confident and approachable leader
Can manage a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Is comfortable managing people, priorities and day-to-day challenges
Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
