About the Role:
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of our club – welcoming members, building solid relationships, and driving membership growth through tours, outreach, and excellent service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with potential members via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media
Conducting club tours and helping members find the right membership option
Reaching monthly membership sales targets and KPIs




Supporting member retention through great service and follow-up
Promoting the club through local area marketing and events
Assisting with daily club operations and administration
What We're Looking For:
A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
Strong communication and sales skills
Motivated and target-driven attitude
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry (preferred but not essential)
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
