The Duty Manager is a fast-paced role responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a Licensed Venue, Cruise Bar.About the role:Coach & develop a high performing teamDeliver effective communication across the teamDrive extraordinary guest experienceSupport venue operations,



complete & delegate action items accordinglyContribute & promote to the safety and security of the venue and all stakeholdersAssist & monitor employee rosters for all on premise areas meeting HIGA and NES requirementsProvide leadership to all staff and ensure compliance across the venueAbout you:Minimum 1 year in a Duty Manager RoleExperienced in managing a high pressure, fast-paced, high volume barEffective communicator who's able to share their vision with the teamExceptional guest service provider with a genuine passion for the operationPassionate about team building and staff developmentHigh level of product knowledgeHolds a current Responsible Service of AlcoholHolds a current Responsible Conduct of GamblingDiscounts on food and beverage, accommodation, Conference & Events, liquor storeOn the job training and career developmentRecognition through award nightsThis is a hands-on, high pressured role suited to an individual who thrives on a challenge and has desire for excellence and quality in product.
