About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at PERFEX PAINTING PTY LTD in Brisbane, QLD ****.
This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst supporting our sales operations.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
This role is essential to our business success, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction and contribute to our reputation for exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our painting services, pricing, and project timelines to prospective and existing clients
Process customer orders and quotation requests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated internally




Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions from initial inquiry to project commencement
Maintain detailed customer records and update our client database with relevant information
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues appropriately to management when necessary
Support the scheduling and coordination of site visits and project appointments
Contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service role within the sales, trades, or service industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple customer enquiries
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
Problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of the painting or construction industry is advantageous but not essential
