With a steady pipeline of both commercial and residential projects, we offer consistent work for someone who wants to be part of a team that gets things done.We're a Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise, so the work you do doesn't just create great outdoor spaces - it also contributes to a bigger purpose.What you'll be doing:Leading from the front and working hands-on with the team every dayOperating mini excavators, Bobcats, and other landscaping machinerySetting out jobs, managing levels, and coordinating site preparationDelivering quality landscaping works from start to finishKeeping projects on track, maintaining productivity, and ensuring high standardsManaging day-to-day site activities and getting the best out of your crewMaintaining a safe, organised,



and professional worksiteWhat we're looking for:Solid landscaping experience and the ability to lead a team on-siteConfident machinery operation experience, including mini excavators and BobcatsRelevant machinery licences, tickets, or competencies for the equipment you'll operateA strong understanding of site set-out, levels and landscaping constructionA practical, can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of a jobA strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to qualityA current driver's licence and reliable transportFencing experience is a big plus!
