Job Description
Help Customers Get Road‐Ready – join the Autopro family as a Sales Assistant!
This is an exciting prospect to join the team as a Sales Assistant at Autopro.
You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base.




This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
Autopro is Australia's oldest and largest independent automotive aftermarket parts and accessories retailer.
Autopro stores form a major part of the local community.
As local businesses, Autopro stores specialise in their local communities' unique needs by adding specialised ranges to their product offers.
You don't need to be a car expert or tick every box – we're looking for people who will embody Autopro values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.
What you'll do
Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Qualifications
About you
You're hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
Leadership is a growth area, and you're ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.
You'll also bring:

Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
