The Role:
We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leaders to join our retail family at Adelaide Airport in a Full-Time capacity.

What You'll Do:
Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by exampleGuide and support your team to meet service and sales targetsMaintain high visual merchandising and presentation standardsCommunicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teamBring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift




What We're Looking For:
Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality settingConfident communicator and motivatorA passion for customer service and making people feel welcomeAbility to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressureA respectful and team-oriented attitudeFlexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
