WesTrac is seeking a Parts Representative to join our Tweed Heads team on a full time basis.
Working 9.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, you'll be part of a supportive team delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers.The Parts Representative will provide high quality customer support, including helpful advisory services to external stakeholders.
This role will require the drive to fulfil customer requirements in a timely manner, whilst operating in a rapid-paced position.
The successful candidate will support efficient and effective operation of the parts department through functions such as general warehousing, dispatching of parts, stocktaking, housekeeping and identification of continuous improvement strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the forklift to perform duties such and loading and unloadingAct as the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering partsInterpret parts to understand what will suit the customers needsEngage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post purchase needs are metParticipate in regular stocktakesAssist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching partsSkills and ExperienceForklift licence & experience in warehousing desirableDrivers licence C is requiredInterest in mechanical and industrial products desirableFamiliarity with CAT products desirableIntermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office and internet-based applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team membersWhy WesTrac?
