As our business continues to grow and due to new contracts we're expanding our dedicated team in Dubbo NSW.About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team based in Dubbo and service the greater Central West NSW region.
Travel will be extensive, covering such towns as far as Bourke, Cobar, Walgett and everything in between.
However most days you will be home each evening.This shift is a permanent full-time working a Saturday to Wednesday shift.
5 days on, 2 days off.
There is flexibility in days off but Saturday and Sunday must be covered.You'll be responsible for the onsite maintenance and repair of equipment including:ATMsSelf-Checkout SystemsCash Redemption TerminalsCash Management/Cash recycling MachinesThere will be extensive travel through out Dubbo and the Central West of NSW.
You'll visit a variety of client sites — banks, supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and service stations — so no two days will be the same.
You'll be supported with a fully maintained tool of trade company vehicle, training, and the backing of a friendly,



experienced technical team.About YouYou're someone who has:Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Information Technology field service and repairs including but not exclusively, PCs and small mechanical business equipment units.Minimum Cert III or equivalent in Information TechnologyEnjoys being on the road but home every evening, meeting current customers and solving problems independentlyHas strong customer service and fault-finding skillsCan confidently work with unfamiliar equipmentBrings a proactive, can-do attitudeExperience working on ATMs, self-checkouts, Cash recyclers or similar devices is highly regarded.What You'll NeedValid Australian driver's licenceExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English)Willingness to complete a National Police CheckWillingness to complete pre employment medical checksStrong diagnostic, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamYour Key ResponsibilitiesTravel extensively throughout the Central West of NSW, servicing and repairing a wide range of cash handling equipment.Work independently and also as part of a team to achieve customer expectations.Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client and client customer relationshipsManage and maintain your stock and equipmentFollow all WHS protocols and ensure safe work practicesComplete service documentation accurately and promptlyWhat We OfferStable full-time position with long-term career potentialCompetitive above award salary (Very negotiable for the right, qualified and experienced candidate)Overtime paid for early starts/ late finishesFully maintained tool of trade vehicleMobile phone and laptop providedIn-house and equipment manufacturer based and onsite/offsite trainingA supportive, flexible work environment with a down-to-earth and caring teamThe opportunity to work with leading-edge financial payment techPlease Note:This role is only open to Australian citizens and permanent residents ONLY.
