You will gather and analyse information, identify potential risks or inconsistencies, and ensure decisions are accurate, evidence-based and consistent with legislation, policies and procedures.In this role, you will:assess licence applications, qualifications, employment history and supporting documentationcontact applicants, employers and other stakeholders to obtain further informationidentify concerns, inconsistencies and potential risks requiring further assessmentprepare transparent recommendations and make sound administrative decisionsmanage competing priorities while meeting service standards and timeframesmaintain accurate assessment records and outcomes in Salesforce and other business systems.Please refer to the Position Description for a full list of key role responsibilities and suitability requirements.About youYou are an analytical and detail-focused professional who can confidently review complex information and reach fair, defensible conclusions.
You communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, exercise sound judgement and remain organised while managing multiple applications.To succeed in this role, you will bring:experience in licensing, compliance, regulatory or investigative workan understanding of licensing requirements, policies and proceduresexperience reviewing qualifications, employment history and other evidencethe ability to identify incorrect, inconsistent or concerning informationstrong written skills, including preparing reports and recommendationsconfidence using Salesforce or a similar case-management system.Experience in occupational or trade licensing, administrative decision-making, risk assessment, integrity functions, or the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
