Instead, they work on a fixed-fee basis, focusing on quality, efficiency, and client results rather than billable hours.With a young, collaborative team, modern technology and a genuine commitment to professional development, the firm offers a refreshing alternative to the traditional public practice environment.The firm is also passionate about giving back to the community, actively supporting local charities, community events, and philanthropic initiatives.About the Role:Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a motivated Junior or Intermediate Accountant to join its friendly and experienced team.Working closely with a Senior Manager, you will receive ongoing mentoring while gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting, taxation, and business advisory services.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnershipsAssisting with taxation compliance and general business servicesLiaising with the ATO,



ASIC and other relevant authoritiesWorking closely with senior team members to deliver quality work and excellent client outcomesGaining exposure to tax planning and business advisory services as your experience developsBenefits & Attractions:No timesheets!
