This multi-award-winning venue is superbly located across from Coogee Beach and has everything under the one roof.We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to beresponsible for ensuring the productive and effective operation of the Front Office and for providing guests with a high level of customer service at all times.Key areas of responsibility include:Administrative duties – including reservations, responding to emails, accounts & cash handlingAnswer and redirect phone calls in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and maintain relations with current and prospective current clients, to encourage repeat business and generate new businessEnsure Hotel guests are attended to in a timely and efficient mannerAction all Guest check-in and checkoutsRespond to reservation emailsTake and respond to phone reservationsHave a good knowledge of current packages,



room rates and room configurationsEnsure presentation and maintenance of all areas of accommodation areas is maintained to a high standard at all timesEnsure all incidents involving property damage, accidents and injuries staff or guests are reported to managerOur ideal candidate will have experience with CMS hospitality front office program along with exceptional customer service and presentation skills with a good understanding of the hospitality industry.Other essential attributes to be successful in this role:Previous experience in similar roleAbility to work 4 - 5 shifts a week, including weekendsExperience with CMS Front Office system an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a busy customer environmentFlexibility and reliabilityGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressureIn return for your commitment you will be provided with an opportunity for development and growth within a supportive, fun and progressive hotel group.
