Airmech Facilities is seeking a qualified commercial air-conditioning installer to join our team.
The role will primarily involve installing commercial air-conditioning systems across a range of projects.Key DutiesInstall commercial VRF/VRV systems, split systems, ducted systems and packaged units.Install refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage and associated equipment.Read and interpret mechanical drawings and installation plans.Assist with testing, commissioning and system start-up.Carry out servicing,
maintenance and fault-finding where required.Rigid ductwork installation experience would be an advantage.Maintain a high standard of workmanship and comply with site safety requirements.Current QBCC Air Conditioning and Refrigeration occupational licence.Restricted Electrical Licence appropriate to the work undertaken.Experience installing commercial air-conditioning systems.Current driver's licence.Ideal CandidateWe are open to both installation-focused tradespeople and experienced HVAC all-rounders who can also undertake servicing and maintenance.The successful applicant will be reliable, take pride in their work, work well within a team and be capable of working independently when required.RemunerationRemuneration package negotiable with candidate's experience.
