About the Role
We are seeking a full-time experienced Leasing Executive to take ownership of leasing activities across our residential property portfolio, working closely with our Directors and experienced property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting rental property inspections and open homes
Managing rental enquiries and prospective tenant relationships
Processing and assessing tenancy applications
Negotiating lease terms and securing quality tenants
Liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants
Providing rental market appraisals and recommendations
Conducting ingoings and routine inspections
Minimising vacancy periods and maximising rental returns
Assisting with new business opportunities and portfolio growth




Working closely with our property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process
About You
Previous experience in residential leasing preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, enthusiastic and professional approach
Sound knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs rental market
Experience with Property Tree or similar software
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for real estate and delivering outstanding customer service
