Due to the expansion of Vision Hotels, we at are looking for a Part Time Revenue Manager to join our team and under our Head of Revenue.Working within a small team, you'll be primarily responsible for the revenue management of both the Australia and the Pacific Hotels appointed to you.
You will be able to drive revenue opportunities through focused yield management practices and strategies and deploy distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets.As part of this role, you must have a minimum of 1 years experience in revenue management or have worked in Hotels.
You will beable to provide reports on market intelligence, business climate, economic and occupancy trends and buying patterns.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging occupancy, revenue and yield in line with company proceduresUnderstanding and working with Systems to update allocations, allotments and rates on third party websites,



hotel website and manage the channel management systemOptimizing RevPAR by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies and ensuring robust market mixConducting ongoing competitor price and product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning and product offering relative to competitionCompleting various reports and analyse the data and recommend solutions to improve revenueWork in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team on maximising all revenue opportunitiesAssess, manage and analyse pricing strategies and Identify new revenue opportunitiesSkills and Experience requiredForecasting and reporting experienceDemonstrated ability to work to targets and budgetsComputer literacy in Microsoft Office, Hotel Reservations and Revenue Management SystemStrong attention to detailAbility to work from homeor travel into our Gold Coast office when requiredStrong analytical, business acumen and strategic thinking skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentProactive and an ability to use initiativeAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Shares a passion for the hospitality industryPart time 25 hours - $60,000 plus up to $10,000 in KPI bonuses per annum
